Step 1
Set up your Free Information Orientation
It is very essential to gather all the necessary information to help you understand how to best benefit from the services we offer. When you call Maximum Care Inc., we gather information to determine how to assist you with your specific needs, whether personal care, specialty care, respite, and/or companionship. We are contracted with several governmental programs that offer assistance under different options that best suit your care and financial needs. We also offer a budget-friendly private pay package. No matter your situation, we are here to guide you to successful and promising care.
Step 2
Maximum Care Professional Assessment
Once all information has been gathered, an evaluation will take place to determine the type of care you need. A care plan will be developed assessing all the care needs previously discussed. A registered nurse will perform a risk assessment at your home to ensure safety, identify and eliminate potential hazards, and review the care plan with you in detail, tailoring it as it best meets your care needs. We are also in constant communication with different service coordinators to ensure the entire process goes as smoothly as possible.
Step 3
Providing Ongoing Care
The staff at Maximum Care is committed to ensuring that the best care is received. Professional direct care workers are assigned to a custom-made schedule designed by you to ensure all the above needs are being achieved. We understand that changes in health or condition can happen at any given moment. Therefore, we can adjust the care as it best fits. We are partners in your ongoing care.
